Your Choice

Customers choose from our Network Portal of Service Provides (available soon) or search for providers not listed in our Network Portal. 

The choice of a Service Provider for spading, transplanting and site reclamation (landscaping) is entirely up to the customer. 

A recent policy change: We no longer request service providers' estimates on behalf of a customer unless the customer asks us to find a budget-friendly contractor from the new soon-to-be online new Customer Questionnaire or during our one-to-one greet and meet.

We are not intermediaries or project managers. The customer is responsible for negotiating with contractors and payments directly to the contractor. If customers want to purchase our trees, then they have to work out the details for replanting and landscaping directly with the contractor(s) of their choice. We will only recommend, not negotiate.
