Working with Service Providers
Our Horse and Tree Farm Boss, Spirit
Estimates
We provide our new tree customers with an 'our tree estimate.' For the customers' convenience, a link to our online network of service provider's contact information for tree replanting and landscaping (land reclamation). Alternatively, the customer might decide to find a provider not listed in our network. We will consider adding the service provider to our network.
The customer's responsibility is to arrange for a service provider, keep us in the loop (informed), and furnish us by email with their estimate. We will email the service provider the specifics about the customer's tree order and site information. Please note, coordinating with us, the service provider and the customer is a three-way team responsibility.
Our Disclaimer
We are not Project Managers; we do not want the label or title, responsibility, or referred to as such; we do not assume the role, especially when there is a financial or service issue between our customers and our contractors.
We are Tree Farmers, and as farmers, we plant, grow, harvest, and market our healthy Colorado Blue and White Spruce trees.
We are not Mediators or Inter-mediators, or Facilitators when there is a financial or service issue between our customers and the service provider.
We are not a Go-Between our customers and service providers.
We respect the service providers' estimates and will not negotiate with them on behalf of our customers. The service providers' choice is to adjust estimates if a customer waffles on the provider's estimate prices. We all have budgets and expenses. However, consider this; the service providers have to make a living and bear high costs for equipment, fuel, and other operating expenses. It is important to remember, like any other business, their price is their price. Estimates are just that estimates. There is always the option to shop around.
We are a small tree farm operation working hard to plant roots in a competitive local Tree marketplace. Our professional ethics and principles guide us. We are a new tree farm in the Harmattan AG District, and we aim for balance, service, quality products, and customer satisfaction.
When a financial or service conflict between our customers and service providers erupts, we expect our customers to work directly with contractors politely and courteously to exercise problem-solving skills to bring the issue to resolution. Simply, act-in-good-faith.
Contractors are not scapegoats or persons without a heart. Please treat them with respect.
We will not act for the customer when the customer can iron out the issue with service providers, professional and ethical people with a long service history to our AG area.
We regularly evaluate service provider's services, professionalism and business ethics from our customer's written and signed feedback only. We do listen. We continue to look for providers to add to our network.
We act in good faith, ask our customers to do the same, and assist us in moving our tree orders to their new homes exponentially.
